![]() after some thinking and quick math of 100 more points of check i decided to go for it, but this time i bought some insurance package. i proceed to buy the vehicle (went against my mechanic's warning to never buy a car online) i told the seller agent the story about carvana and he promised me a 250pt check on their vehicle and nothing like that can ever escape them. but money returned within 3 days when they got the car.Īfter that whole carvana incident, i saw different color van in shift. The return process was pretty smooth, seems like the return agent's pretty busy (i wonder why) so i had to book the process a week after i got the car. ![]() within an hour he found the rear frame bent in such way that the bolts going across the rear wheels are all misaligned by 1/2" to 1" & the front breaks were all covered in salt crystals.ġ50pt check, and you dont see a bent frame + obvious salt build up covering the breaks? i told the mechanic to check out the sound. on the way there, i kept hearing a click sound as i'm driving. Upon arrival, looks great! first thing i did was to take it to a trusty mechanic. proceed to call and confirm for the next 5 days just for another email saying it will be delayed for 3 days at the final hour again. t - minus 3 hours, i got an email (not a phone call) that the car will be delayed for 5 days. Says it will take about 14 days, i called 3 times in to assure its arrival, bought a bunch of stuff on amazon to compliment my new car. I looked for a 2018 mini van saw it on carvana, carfax looks great, 150pt mechanic chcek, everything looks great, just the right package and price point for me. "7 days money back guarantee" is alluring but is it actually true?
